Advertising and Promotion on Social Media
In accordance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, any promotional activity carried out on social media must comply with the following conditions:

The promotion must be clear and transparent, precisely indicating the products or services offered.

The conditions of purchase or contracting, as well as the prices or fees applicable, must be specified in detail.

Personal accounts of applicants shall not be accepted as promotional channels if their content mainly focuses on private matters that are not directly related to their professional activity.
